Dispute Resolution
If you have a legitimate dispute with the merchant selling any
of the products or programs that we track on the WatchDog PARTNERS© home page,
we can probably help.
Acting as a "mediator", we'll contact the merchant on your behalf. If your
complaint is "cut and dry" - for example, if the merchant is refusing to honor a
refund guarantee - this will almost always result in a satisfactory resolution.
If necessary we'll help you "negotiate" with the merchant.
If a merchant refuses to act in good faith and/or fails to respond, we'll note
this in their product or program record for all the world to see. Most merchants
will do almost anything to prevent this since it will ultimately cost them money
due to lost sales of their product.
Please note that, as with everything else we do, all complaints are fully
verified. You will also be asked to prove that you have actually purchased
the product or program in question.
